These three angled walls may look small from afar, but as you traverse them you will feel like Lewis and Clark must have after coming out of the long and windy Great Plains only to be faced with the backbone of the continent. The Rockies, spanning over 3,000 miles north to south, was staring right at them, urging them, tempting them to turn back. With America’s great mountain range standing in the way of their pursuit of the west coast they did not give up, they dug deep, and made the climb. By doing so, they became conquerors and etched their names into history. Will you turn back or conquer?
